Outdoor Grilling Tips
Tip #1:

Save money on charcoal by using only what you need.  To have perfect coals every time, we suggest using a charcoal chimney to burn your coal. This will also eliminate the use of lighter fluid and its flavor transfer to your food.

Tip # 2:
Spread charcoal evenly in the bottom of your grill for direct heat cooking or searing.  For indirect heat and slower cooking, put coals of one side of your grill and your food on the opposite side.

Tip # 3
Don’t forget… For best results, flavor, and great looking food you should brush or mop Smokey Moon BBQ Sauce on when you are finished grilling and just before serving!
